How to “do” when you “I do”

Every previous concept of a “one-stop-shop” for wedding planning has now fallen a few steps short of the altar. In late 2017, The Wedding Gallery opened in Central London as the world’s first permanent wedding planning retail, planning and inspiration destination. The 20,000-square-foot space was designed by renowned New York architect Christina Lahoude and is open seven days a week with a members’ club, café, bar, meeting rooms, tasting rooms, event spaces and Urban Retreat.

The property itself, a repurposed Anglican cathedral, is nothing short of inspirational, complete with specially designed lighting from ErosPhos Limited and EPS Lighting Limited. Once inside, happy couples can find more than 200 luxury wedding brands and services, from table decorations to hair and makeup and from gowns to gifts. DJs and wedding planners are on hand, there’s an on-site kitchen for taste tests and wedding ceremonies can even be held right there in the property’s 400-capacity venue.
