A clean line to a new market


Eyebrows have been having a moment of late, with countless gels, powders, pencils, waxes, brushes and other products aimed at creating perfectly full, face-framing arches.

Waxing the City, a franchise devoted to waxing, has brought its own collection to the table, featuring numerous color palettes as well as items that are clinically tested, dermatologist-approved, paraben-free and hypoallergenic.

“We’ve perfected the art of waxing women’s and men’s brows, and now we want our guests to continue putting their best brow forward long after they leave the studio,” says Waxing the City Brand President Angela Jaskolski.

“The product line is small but very versatile, and it will allow every user to create multiple looks. Our [estheticians] are experts in brow shaping, and when you marry their techniques with the meticulously crafted pieces in the makeup line, every Waxing the City client is sure to have ‘brows that wow.’”

The line of products includes eyebrow pencil, powder and gel, in addition to a highlighter pencil, angled brush and pencil sharpener, ranging from $5-$30 and available at the company’s 75 studios across the country.

Waxing the City expects to have 350 locations open by the end of 2018, thanks to a partnership with Anytime Fitness. Keep an eye out.
